"DustBuster's did an OUTSTANDING job cleaning our soon-to-be home: a 7,100 sq. ft. 200 year-old house that had been abandoned for a year. It was gloomy, but now it gleams!

This house was filthy: mouse droppings, layers of dust and dirt, sticky floors, grime everywhere, and a kitchen floor that I thought I'd need to replace. The basement had a canopy of cobwebs, tubs were orange, toilets were brown and crusty. 8 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 3 stairways, a scary garage, a scary attic, a scary basement, and one freaked out family... Then DustBuster's came to the rescue!

Jonathan was totally transparent about what needed to be done, and how much it would cost. He developed a plan and stuck to it, but also remained flexible, making sure that his team prioritized areas that I cared about, and double-checking and double-cleaning to meet our (admittedly ocd) standards. Jonathan's team of cleaners stayed focused and worked hard but they were also cheerful, funny, and a pleasure to be around. The result of their sustained effort and attention to detail: mahogany floors that glow again, a clean kitchen with a lovely floor, sparkling windows, bathrooms shining, basement fit for humans again, and staircases that gleam- WOW!
